If you're not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free refunds on any items,  unopened or opened.  If a product arrives damaged during shipping, we will cover return shipping costs for a replacement. Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Our commitment is to ensure you receive a product that meets your expectations.

Due to the sensitive nature of our research peptides and our strict quality control standards, we do not accept returns.

Order cancellations must be requested via email prior to shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
